All right my boys,
in apprx. 12 hours I am on a plane on my way to NY for the weekend and Dallas, TX for next week. I have notified my opponents of my back-up address via email.
Forecast states 33C/90+F for Irving during next week.
I think the only times I've seen 33 degrees C in here have been when there's a minus sign in front of it during winter...
Have a good one,

Hi W2,Originally posted by mike the wino:I would like to accomadate schedules and would like to know active gaming hours of my oppenents to speed up these games. Mikko mentioned a deadline and I would hate to drage this out. If Marko, Rich, Kuma, and Paul could a) tell when they normally play, time corelates to the time index of this post. Here/ now it is 8/15, 10:20 pm. c) what are the best days to get in and knock out a couple of files.
a) Usually every day the whole day
In your local time (I assume you are on Pasific time zone GMT -8/EST -3) from 9pm to around 11am~12am. (So this means ~ 8am to 10-11pm my local time)
c) basically all days fine for me
On week 35, however, I'm in states and the times for that week are around 7am to 4pm your local time.

Sorry, just trying to keep things rollingOriginally posted by mike the wino:W2vsA2-I thinks dis one is "Dies Horribly" or somefink lik dat. T8 moving along thanks to my oppenent shooting emails in the morning, thereby forcing me to reply and miss work. Well, I don't really MISS it but I do show up late.
And trying to play as much turns as I can before my trip to States (NY & Dallas) starting next Friday the 23rd and lasting for a whole week. During that time I'll try to use my hotmail account (so do not worry my friends, you still do have something more important than life to do that week ) but I'll inform all four of you when we should switch to that one.
All in all, everythings rolling pretty OK excluding that somebody is actually shooting back (you know who you are) which was something we were never told during the tea-time.
All the best to all the gals...errr pals that share these moments of Glory with me.
Maybe I should cut down on coffee?

Hey Mike, it's a long way to Tipperary...err...Albachten/Munster according to my map. Unfortunately allied tanks lack the advantage of engines designed by Porsche... :cool:Originally posted by Mike:Hmm..I see I (Z2) got a couple of mentions.
I'll see what I can recall about my games:
[sNIP] Marko's playing it cool and cautious in this one, while my boys, such of them as there are, are playing cards and drinking schnapps while they're waiting. [sNIP]

So they are actually trying to simulate the FDF for real in CMBB?Originally posted by ryddle:As long as you aren't attacking with those 8 foot tall, bullet-proof Finnish troopies that I hear are in CMBB...

For all my glorious opponents out there...surrender now or there will be...trouble.

Captain's log...
This has been a strange week. We've seen the grey men...running...screaming...begging for relief as their terrified faces are twisted to mark their last words..."ACHTUNG! PANZER!".
All our units have relentlessly completed their sole purpose...to defeat the enemy at all costs. So far, the costs have taken their toll on the rusty, worn machine that is squaking in front of our gallantly advancing forces.
Gents, sorry to announce that my holiday week starts today (Friday 26th) and shall continue until next weekends Sunday (4th of August). There is some good news: I shall be reading email from some mobile pints, so don't get excited if you get some mail from a bloke called Marko from a previously unknown email address. It's only me. I'll inform you guys when I'm using some other address than the usual one and also when am I back to business.
Have a nice one! And traject0ry, take good care of that bird of yours or I have to take that responsibility
Have a good one,
23 ItK 61

Now you know what "Information Warfare" means...no info, no war.Originally posted by Mike:I think he forgets that the games are only 25 turns long and expects to win because we, his opponents, will all have died of old age before we get to "kill" any of his pixellated little men.
