[Another PBEM problem, Help!!]

I had the same problem a few months ago and what was wrong was that one of the pbem files was corrupted in some way and since I was playing multiple pbem game I had to find the one that was causing the problem. I erased it and then everything seemed fine untill a few weeks later in wich all the files I had were bad and I had to erase them all.

I think this might be a computer performance problem as I was having those problems at the time. I fixed my performance problem and since have not had any problems.

Btw the players I was having touble with were zappsweden, and I have to say I beat him real bad about 3 or 4 times.

I like the idea to be able to distinguish between the nations but will this graphic mod affect other mods I have. For instance, I love Holzenfrumfloppen's graphic mod and would hate to replace it so can I apply this mod to that mod succesfully? :confused:

First of all I would like to thank you JMBUNNELLE for the excellent icons. Thanks for taking the time to share your icons with us. I would also like to give you my feedback on the infantry icons. If tanks and planes change, why don't the infantry change when they reach higher levels of research? So basically why not add some elite unit icons for the major powers. Finally, I would like to ask you about the first thread you posted on your new icons, they look a little different to the ones you recently released.

Great icons, Could it be possible to add elite Army or Corp units? (Waffen SS or any other Elite units for level 4 and 5 antitank.) Great job on your icons, in my opinion the best so far, for my liking anyway.Please send your finished work to Glezmez@hotmail.com, keep up the good work.

There was a very interesting question raised in another thread and this question needs an answer.

What is better, Strategic planning and finesse or outproducing your enemy. In other words, do better Generals and better tactics and better planning and an overall better army stand a chance aginst an enemy outproducing you and with numerical superiority?( please backup all your POV with facts)

I am going to have to agree with Husky and Sol, American production won the war not military strategy. The Americans made many mistakes and because of the endless supplies these mistakes did not really affect their war effort.You also have to remember that in 1942-1943 the German forces were fully commited to a war on 2 fronts. Had this not been the case and Germany had been able to face any one oponent be it Russia, U.K. or U.S.A. there is no way Germany would have lost.But then again this is just my personal opinion and these are all what ifs? I guess we will never know will we???(at least until the full game arrives in the mail)
