), it crossed my mind if I had to reboot but I didn't have time to do it since I was busy watching Finland and Sweden humiliating themselves at Götebord hockey arena. When I go home I will try again to see if the booting helps.

I have exactly the same problem. The screen is all gray but the names and the N-compass.
The bad thing is, that turning on the fog table didn't do the trick. The screen is still gray.
What should I do??

I installed the 1.0 version from the game CD. After this the game works fine.
When I installed 1.12 update, the CD-ROM didn't work anymore... The game says this "no CD-ROM detected" message and can't play all game modes.
What's wrong with the update?? I have the orginal CD, not copied. I tried both of my drives (DVD & CDRW) but with the same error. I also tried to find no-CD-fix, but I couldn't find any so I was forced to play with the 1.0 version to get the game working.
What I should do?
Any help appreciated.

Ah, in the download page they say that the newest version of the CD-ROM is 1.12e, and thus doesn't need updating. So problem solved.

Yep, reboot did the thing.
Now I can at last start playing campains.
