Well,its day two,and as it seems my men are still targeting tanks with their anti tank grenades through buildings and only killing themselves in the process.
I thought maybe it was me because I was targeting them before they could actualually have line of sight,but low and behold they were doing it on their own with me just letting them do their own thing.........

Was messing around with the new battle builder,(works well).Made a small battle for german infantry to defend a small town.Anyhow,to make a long story short,while defending against some T-34 and infantry attack,my men were blowing themselves up while triing to throw their anti-tank grenades through buildings!!! The first time it happened thought was strange,but after losing a total of four grenade throwers(plus one poor slob being close to his buddy) ,something is up me thinks,a bug perhaps?
Anyone else have a similar incident? :confused:

Hey , looking for scenario that came in the demo , can't remember the name , the one where the americans attack the town,unsuccessful in re-downloading demo do to corrupt file,anyway anyone know where I may be able to get?

Having played only a few battles myself , single missions seem a little sparse , but having fun so far.The mission editor should be fun making some ASL battles to this game also.Cant wait to see what some of the other people who play come up with.

Three strikes u'r out !!!!!
Download gets to about 78 megs then says download is complete (I don't think so).Tried to three times already and same result. No server for the eatern part of the country.? I'm still on dial up modem and have no prob with other downloads.
Anyone else have this problem ?

Just kidding , I usually only see them while playing the AI.Very rarely have I seen them against a human player, and even then in only 2's and 3's.
As for exact #'s it would be interesting to know. Someone out there has such info I'm sure.

Well,here in the Boston Ma. area in Wenham Ma. at Patton Park(Route 1A) there is a M4A1 Sherman ,what I belive to be a WW1 75mm Art.and a Civil war cannon.
In Groveland out in front of a VFW there is a Chaffe based SP with a 75mm gun on it(like the one in the movie Battle of the Buldge)Sorry I don't know the route #.
In Salem Ma. near Salem Willows ther is an M60.
The Wright Museam in Wolfborrow NH. has a Pershing that was at Remagen Bridge in March 45'.Nice Museum ,if in area check it out.

I have found that a Crack Marksman nailing crews out to 500m. But a Regular or lesser marksman usually only ends up buttoning the crew up instead of a casualty.
Crews not staying buttoned can be somewhat annoying even when there are no snipers about.But we cannot control eveything on the battlefield now can we.

I also think that bogging is an excellent feature which adds that extra twist of fate to a battle....

Interesting test , I had a Stug III Bog and then became immobile ,Conditions were wet , Stug was traveling on a dirt road,first time I've seen a bogging on a road in other than muddy conditions.
Of course the Stug was facing the wrong way and Ko'd by a flanking shot.
