Hey guys, when I load up CMBO the screen goes black, and I have to hit Esc and tab back in to see the menu screen. When creating a mission and previewing it, when I click "Go!" to back to the terrain editor I have to hit Esc to see the terrain editor, and once and a while it freezes! This is a new installation of XP w/SP1, with the latest NVidia drivers! My specs are as follows:

Windows XP w/SP1 along with latest hotfixes (Hotfix from the thread below removed)

GF4 4600 w/ latest nvidia

XP 1600+ Processor

Shuttle AK31A Mobo

Creative SB Live

3com Nic

3 Other HD's & CDRW both adequately powered

[Scenarios become corrupt!]

Hey everyone,

I've gotten back into the CM scene and made a mission for my dad and I to have fun in, but for some reason, I can't seem to be able to load the mission in the map editor anymore.

I can load the saved games I have of it perfectly..but it's like the scenario is corrupted, all it does is beep when I try to load it; is there a fix? Thanks!

[CMBO scrambled graphics in Win2k..]

Hey there, I reinstalled CMBO ever since I went to Win2k, and for some reason, every time I start it up, the Screen immediately goes scrambled, unreadable text and I just see the initial white box fly across the screen.

I've tried it on 2 different motherboards..and multiple reformats.

I'm running the 12.90 Detonator drivers.

My system is...

1.33 Ghz Athlon running at 1.5 Ghz

150 FSB x 10x Multiplier

EPoX 8K7A Motherboard

256MB Crucial PC2100 DDR Ram

I'm still wondering, I found this DD terrain thing ( i think ) and it doesn't look like the stuff in the the pics, and it seems to me that everyone raves about it?

Since I ordered the game, everyone seems to have some sort of mod.

People always show pics of battle, and in the subtitle it says DD mod used, etc etc.

Does anyone know where I can find this DD mod?

What mods are good as well?

Combat Mission...Wow

I got the demo a few days ago, and ordered the game today.

Just, this game is spectacular. There's not one moment during a game when I yell, "Oh CRAP!" out loud, or do an evil laugh when I see my Sherman's destroy a bunker 500 meters away.

Every battle is different, that's what's so awesome, so many different things to do. Such a great rush when you see you ultimate plan in action...
