  1. Thats also why I never play anything online nowdays.....waaaaaaah from the baby monitor, doh!

Well, I'm glad I'm not the only one. Children spoil everything :P

Poor Chris never stood a chance really, it's tough as the US in that one. Perhaps we should swap sides and give it a whirl. What could possibly go wrong :)

Seriously, it is a bit of clickfest and I do miss those little cameo moments pbem gives you, but I'm not complaining. It's still a cracking game.

  2. Very nice. Keep it up. I think it'll peek the interest of a lot of WWII junkies.

You might wanna make a short WEGO vid to highlight the turn based aspects of the game, later on.

    BTW can you record this in your next Vid;

"According to the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, the best drink in the known universe is the Pan-Galactic Gargle Blaster. It has the effect of having your brains smashed out with a slice of lemon... wrapped around a large gold brick."

LMAO. You have the perfect voice.

    Mord.

    I'm sorry, Dave. I'm afraid I can't do that :)

  3. Hi,

I'm playing the scenario Small Gain as the US pbem. There are 2 Strykers each with 1 javelin. On each occassion that I've acquired them they have dissappeared. The Javelin does not appear in either the Stryker's or Infantry's inventories.

This is leaving me in a sticky situation, but is also a little frustrating. Playing with patch 1.08.

Is anyone else encountering similar problems?

  4. Hi - I opened by regular pbem installment of Hammertime ver. 1 in CM:SF 1.04 to find that one of my AT 13 crew's missiles had all disspeared.

In the previous turn the crew had 3 missile in their inventory. I issued the order to fire and, on receipt of the next turn, no missiles were fired as their inventory was empty.

This is very frustrating. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem?

  5. That's a shame :( , but I appreciate where you'e coming from. My last turn was sent on 9/10/03.

It had all the potential of a realy good game. He'd knocked out one of my StuGs and I'd cracked a T34/85. My infantry were comfortably in position having secured their objectives.

Let's wait and see. I'll leave it to the umpire's discretion as to when we should continue.
