Great looking mod. Well done. Where can it be downloaded from??? I looked in the File Repository and can't find it.

Thank you. Found it. Very helpful. Now to go back and take that bloody factory.Originally posted by the Fighting Seabee:Go to the strategy and tactics forum and look for the "TF Narwick...Help!" topic. You'll find the best strategy there.

I can't get past the SCUDS mission. I can't get a victory. I have played it leat 5 times now. Its the CW factory that I can'T get cleaned out. Any suggestions? Save file maybe???

What would be the reload time? Also would they not have to pull back from the action to do this? Therefore it would be very hard to model this in the game would be my take on it.

Hi all. It has been years since I last did a mod.
Here is one I did today.
This mod is made for CMSF v1.07
This mod just changes the following graphics:
load progress screen background
splash background
unit portraits
Just unzip the “FUTUREs_CMSF_Mods” folder into “Battlefront\Combat Mission Shock Force\Data\Z” folder.
The images are from the internet. I used Paint.net http://www.getpaint.net/index.html to alter and make this mod. Paint.net is a free download graphics programme.
Any feedback please email rossmoorhouse@yahoo.com.au
You can download if from either my MY MOD MAKING SITE or from http://www.cmmods.com/ search for my user name FUTURE.
Hope you guys like it.

I played the updated demo today. After a few goes at the different scenarios I went and bough the full game. Great stuff so far.

How to cook a Panther.
First you need the Panther. Let it advance into your defences.
Sneek up behind it with a zook.
Hit it in the flank withan AT gun.
Fire several rounds from both zook and AT gun.
Stand back as parts fly off it.
And presto.. One cooked Panther...

The Moscow Add on is great. Not an easy battle at all.

The Matilda shows up in Normandy as well. Is this geared into the Difficulty level settings as to what type of units you get?
-
Less armour. More infantry please.

No game truly reflects what goes on in war. It is a game. If you want to experience war for real then there are some places in the world that will give this to you.
Having worked on the re-release of Close Combat for SimTek and played many years of CC I can say that ToW is amazing. It is a breath of fresh air in the wargaming market. I hope that BF and 1C make addons for this game. I hope that this game engine goes on and becomes the standard that other game developers have to aim for.

I would like to see that when my men have stopped moving they go to ground. Maybe have one man crouched as look out.
-
If they are then some you would never win. Ask the Germans at the end of the war.

Playing the demo. (Full game d/l now) I have 1gb RAM. To move around the map I use PAUSE and then scroll around. This makes for very smooth movement. I can still scroll while the game is playing but it is a wee bit slower.

To resupply the AFVs would have been withdrawn to a secure place back from the front where waiting supply owuld meet themn and help reload etc.
So having supply trucks in this game supplying the troops at the front would be not good.

Well after playing the demo for a few days. Using the battles that have been converted for the demo I have just bought and am downloading now.
I am very impressed with this game.

ROFLMAO.. I went away from CMBO. Haven't got CMBB. But after playing the demo for CMAK when it came out I had to wait till I had some spare cash to buy it. Hence the delay. Great game.Originally posted by v42below:22 posts in four and a half years? This one truly is the definition of "slow".
This should be my 23 post.
