Dead Cows....and chickens. Lots of chickens

Zounds! Coherent thought from the Uber-Gnome I couldn't agree more, and it pains me to say so...

I have used a Ferdinand several times in QBs. They are a hoot I only bought one, had it trundle itself up onto a handy hill and terrorize the enenmy armor until it gets gun hit or tracked. Then it becomes a big hunk of useless steel.....

The pilots are devilishly difficult to capture...if you do it unlocks a secret level full of nothing but horses towing Bren Tripods though...

With or without knurlered knobs?
-
I believe they refered to them as "frogs"

Good god, if getting beaten senseless was all it took to have Seanachai write your sig then he would have done mine AGES ago.....

I don't understand what is so special. Every time I try to drive any type of vehicle across a bridge they blow up, catch fire, tip over and melt. You mean this doesn't happen to everyone? It's not a feature? How long has this been going on? Does management know? Do we at least have a committee to look into it?

Hey, put me anywhere, I'll only be there for the first round

They don't call it "liquid courage" for nothing...Originally posted by Ted:To hinder players from disappering you could take credit card numbers up front and if someone drops out buy a bottle of South African wine for everyone in their group and charge it to their card.
It may not exactly prevent players from dropping out but the rest of the group wouldn't mind so much
Or in THumpres case it would be a bottle of Irish Whiskey (which explains his tournament play )

Another ROW vet looking for the chance to redeem himself
Oh, and I want to be in Ted's group again, at least I can win one of my games

No serious discusion about Jams can be made without at least a mention of the Dato-Ishi 1908 Imperial Plum Blossom Perserves. I realize it is the wrong theater and all but none the the Allied spreads could hold a candle to it.

This is only forum that could seriously use a Dramatis Personae just to keep all the local "characters" straight If you had the slightest idea of who Seanachai or Dorosh were, you wouldn't be nearly so offendedOriginally posted by lameduck:"Hello, read 'lameducks' demands, and they fecking reeked. Awful. Simply awful. I'd be ashamed if I'd posted a set of demands like that. Complete ****e, with no apologies to the original poster."
all of them? i was just raising a flag to see if anybody saluted it
my 6 points were intended as positiive suggestions, maybe if you could respond to them in a similar spirit you would seem less uncouth
btw what is wrong with dorosch?

Good God man, you are waaaaaay too serious about this game When you lose as many PBEM games as I have you come to understand the true beauty of the game is in the playing not the winning...at least that's what i keep telling myself

Thanks for the replies, I figured that was the case, just curious to see the "real thing"

I was putzing around with the scenario editor today and I happened across this Italian AC. The in-game model looks like it has a small bore cannon as armament but the info states that the 1ZM had 2 Co-ax. MGs. I'm certainly no grog and I'm not hollering bug, but does anyone have a picture of this AC? Thanks.

And so it was that I found myself in the IE(Inland Empire not Internet Explorer, though come to think, they are both highly annoying) at the resisdence of the estimable ACTOR(nice house too, you could quarter a Guards Shock Army in it, it's that big ) enjoying a terrific preview of CMAK...
Where to begin, where to begin....ahhhh yes, the dust. Dust, dust everywhere, the dust effects are great. I especially liked watching dust clouds rolling towards me on the horizon. Dust clouds from the arty were also very cool. The Lees(or Grants, or whatever, don't grog me on this ) were very great, nice to see them in the game. The new terrain, especaily in Itally is a real treat, it is going to be great to get out of the steppe for a while.
A special thank you to Bill "ACTOR" Valencia for inviting us to his house for the preview, I hope Daisy got at least one of the cookies...
