problem using sfs extractor on TOW2-Africa.

I am using the 64 bit extractor and I have no problems using the program on TOW. But when I try to use the program in TOW2- africe I keep getting :

at Editor.Utils.CmdSfs.ExecCommand(String cmd, String param1, String param2)

at SFSExtractor.ExtractManager.UnMount()

I have the files located in the mission editor directory and I have modified the config.xml to show the location of the mission editor directory and the folder I want to extract to. I try to run the program in admin mode, comtability with win xp sp 2 mode, and normal, but keep getting the dll unable to load. Again I use the same program in TOW with no problems.
