I tried updating my CMRT.  I downloaded the patch for my CMRT V2.00.  When I launch the download, it tells me that I do not have an app associated with the file.  I cannot do anything with it.  It is a .RAR file.  I have no idea what this means.

 

ALSO:

I tried updating my version 1.11 CMSF.  When I download the patch, I get a signal from Norton telling me that what I am about to install is a trojan virus.

 

Thoughts on wither of these?  I'd really like to hear from the company if that's possible.
