Erwin Posted August 4, 2011 Share Posted August 4, 2011 I already got it from CMMODS. Lovely. So good to have nasty beat up tanks that look a bit more realistic at last! My only comment is whether you can make vehicles look even more worn/scratched from use... for example black dirt around gun muzzles, exhausts and darker mud around the tracks/wheels etc. Back in the good old CM1 days I got great results from mixing and matching mods from several authors so that my vehicles were lighter on top and darker on the sides to get a good shadow effect that made them look even better. Fuser Posted August 4, 2011 Share Posted August 4, 2011 I will be away from home for two weeks, so no more modding for a while. But I will try to mod vehicles by popular demand when I come back. Weathering Mods are delicate, some like very dirty vehicles, some like subtle effects, hard to make everyone happy. Two versiones of the same vehicle could be included in the same ZIP, but the size grows up quickly too.
