Pak40
Not sure if this has come up before but I played a quick battle the other day and during the setup phase the enemy's foxholes were visible in places where I had absolutely no chance at a LOS. Anyone else seen this?
Agua
yeah. Saw it in 1.0 in a QB. Haven't played anything with FH in 1.01 yet.
LarsS
If you play as the attacking side in an Assault QB you get intel on the setup locations of some of the defending units.
Battlefront.com
Correct. Assaults are planned attacks, which almost by definition means you know where the enemy is. Most likely because a Probe or Attack just prior to the Assault gained such information the hard way. This was a much requested feature back in the CMx1 days. "What do you mean I'm doing a deliberate attack and yet have no clue where the enemy is? How is that realistic?". Steve
Tarquelne
Correct. Assaults are planned attacks, which almost by definition means you know where the enemy is. Should you *always* get info in an Assault game? I'm the attacker in a PBEM Assault now and didn't get any.
