Lou2000 Posted October 12, 2002 Share Posted October 12, 2002 I have just received my Uk/CDV version of CMBB and ran into probs installing ..... On my first attempt I got some BMP errors and some CRC errors reported in some .WAV files .... (I know this has been reported and there is a work around. On subsequent attempts both my CD and DVD drive refused to read the CMBB CD. I then put the CD into one of the drives and rebooted .... what do ya know my drives read the CD. Set the install running and all loaded without any errors being reported .. the game also starts up and plays without any snags Going to try this on my second (the kids) PC later today to see if the same problem exists. (dont worry BFC .. I'll uninstall it afterwards ) Any body else having install probs with UK/CDV version ??? Madmat ... are these problems the same as those seen on the US disks ??
