noxnoctum
I'm sure it's been brought up before, but is there any chance we'll see kill counts on units at the end of the battle ala CMx1? Very satisfying sometimes to see exactly how well that particular tank or squad or arty spotter did

Waaarg
I brought this up in Sept (and I'm sure its been brought up before that). Heres the thread: http://www.battlefront.com/community/showthread.php?t=93253
Mord
It's one of the number one requests...I brought it up back in 2007 and many times since. I doubt we'll have it for CMSF. Mord.
panzermartin
I think Steve promised this for Normandy. Normandy is around the corner now, it wont take long till we learn if this feature made it finally.
Chops
I have always thought that the ability to track a unit (e.g. Platoon) throughout a Campaign would really add to the immersion. Getting stats at the end of each battle and then a final tally at the end of the campaign with cumulative results. The ability to add ones own name to one of the soldiers would also add to the feeling of being there.
noxnoctum
The ability to add ones own name to one of the soldiers would also add to the feeling of being there. That would be VERY cool.
umlaut
That would be VERY cool. I absolutely agree. But as far as I´ve understood, that´s not going to happen: IRC Steve stated that clearly in another thread recently.
scottie
all of the above please !!! totally miss the unit kill stats. Anything to help track a unit in a Campaign would be a step forward too !
umlaut
The ability to add ones own name to one of the soldiers would also add to the feeling of being there. I did a little search on the subject and it seems I might be wrong, allthough I´m not entirely sure if Steve only means renaming squads/teams - not individual soldiers: http://www.battlefront.com/community/showthread.php?t=93584&highlight=unit+names&page=3 But it seems like BFC are at least considering the introducing the ability to rename units ...that´s at least how I read it. Sure hope so.
Erwin
I also really like the Silent Hunter sub series and the way you can promote as well as award medals. We'll never see it in CM2, but it is a great way to help you id with your pixeltruppen.
vincere
Sort of related. The after action review map would be more informative if it showed ! for where the presure lead to desertions/ routs.
