Rayniz1691
I saw pictures of the AO map from CM Deluxe Edition and I really want it but don't want to pay an extra 10 bucks for a mousepad. I was wondering if Battlefront will ever release it on .PDF for customers?
Elmar Bijlsma
Doubtful. Those that did pay extra might not think it very fair.

sfhand
I'd happily pay for a pdf of the map but really have no use or desire for a mousepad or even a paper map...
MikeyD
I thought during debates about the various modules jpeg grand strategy maps were posted on several occassions. Its been a looooong time since I've seen one, though.
Rayniz1691
And releasing the map to the public can help modders to make campaigns related to TF Lightning.

Scipio
You can find the map as public domain in Wikipedia under this link: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Syria_2004_CIA_map.jpg It just doesn't contain the attack vectors that someone at BFC painted on the map. The attack vectors, if of any importance, can be seen here: http://www.battlefront.com/products/cmsf/images/syrian%20map_big.jpg
MikeyD
Hmmm, if you discount the already used routed for the U.S. Army, Marines and the Brits that give you a remaining set of arrows coming from the north. That map-with-arrows provides something of an idea what sort of territory NATO's going to be passing through. You don't see any extra arrows driving through the country's central lava fields, anyway!
Sequoia
I've considered making a simple paper war game based on CMSF. It would be brigade level units with maybe a few specialty battallions thrown in along with air squadrons. Is there any interest in this? Sure the Western Allies are guaranteed to win the war but to win the game they must win quickly and decisively.
