The AI

The only hang up I have outside of the map being too small. If the AI knows where to attack weak units and can find an open tile hex for an invasion admist a lot of hex's that have enemy units then why cant the AI know when its totally outgunned and live to fight another day, the programmers dont seem to take any of this into account, they keep throwing AI units into the cauldron with out regard, if this sounds harsh trust me I mean it that way, I see people complaining about scripts and thats okay with me but the scripts pale in comparrison with the way the AI reacts to danger, it must be corrected. If it is not corrected or cant be please advise me as to why not. It is truly annoying to me.
