Pandur
you have countless options. -make a GMX account, i have a gmx mail account and it got 1GB space for free and no limits to attachment size that i know of. that is the most complicated option. - use HFS - use ICQ, Skype or similar services. really to send the turns by email is the worst and most ancient option you have. if you are not behind a router i suggest HFS wich is the most easy methode to send files to someone else directly, after that i suggest ICQ or Skype and similar. if you cant use any of these you need to do it by email.
Schrullenhaft
One other thing to be aware of if you do find another carrier with larger or no limits on the attachment size is email system your opponent will be receiving the turn with. Even if you can send a larger attachment, they may not be able to receive it. A common limit on A LOT of email systems is 10MB. As Pandur has mentioned, you may need to use another service other than email to exchange turns. This was an issue during the development of CMSF, where it was acknowledged that the turn sizes were going to be much bigger than they were for the CMx1 games. Here's the HFS - HTTP File Server that Pandur was talking about. It requires a bit of setup and working with any firewalls (software or on your router) to allow the exchange of files.
paullootens
i found this is an excellent place for a simple file exchange. it mails your opponent for you, does not require you or opponent to have an account, you dont have to download anything. http://www.fileconvoy.com/
