futon river crossing Posted December 30, 2009 Share Posted December 30, 2009 Hi - I'm trying to install the 1.21 patch. I have the Marines and Brit Modules on a Paradox base game. The patch I've downloaded is this one: http://www.battlefront.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=blogcategory&id=41&Itemid=379 I believe this is the correct patch for the game version I have. When the game automatically starts up at the end of the installation process - I get a dialogue box saying: "CMSF Marines.exe unable to find component" followed by a description: "MSVr 7.11.dll not found" I'm running CMSF on an iMac with bootcamp on XP SP2 Any help would be appreciated. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You need to have v1.10 (which you automatically do if you have Marines and British; in fact, by installing British you already have v1.20). Moon Posted December 30, 2009 Share Posted December 30, 2009 The installer tries to anticipate the correct place to install, but since it needs to work with a number of different versions of the base game out there, it's not going to be always 100% accurate.
