Schrullenhaft Posted December 4, 2009 Share Posted December 4, 2009 What Elmar said is the most likely issue here. Please be aware that there is no 1.21 patch for Paradox. Paradox has yet to compile the 1.21 patch with their DRM/copy protection code and until they do the latest version for a Paradox distributed copy is 1.20 (unless you own the Marines and/or British Forces modules). If you installed the 1.21 patch, then you're going to get a request for an eLicense, which you will not have.
