Fleet Script escape from Med

Im trying to figure out how to make sure if the Axis start takes lets say Eqypt for the UK navy to move to Gib... or vise versa.

OR if Gib is taken and Axis close to taking Suez Canal that they dont get caught.

Since fleet scripts pull from everywhere Im not sure how this can be done.

The best way to control this is to try and pick the appropriate #FRIENDLY_POSITION as the game engine will look for those units closest to this position first and work outwards from there. So in your case if you know the British naval units are close to Alexandria port when Axis take Egypt start with the most likely friendly port in the area... perhaps Malta etc.
