US squads anti tank tactics at very close range (<75m) ?

What are the recommendations for dealing with T72 tanks at very close range ? For squads, Javelin seems out of range and AT4 is limited to a mobility kill ...

Try for flank and rear hits. If the squad has multiple AT4/LAWs they will tend to volley them. If you get a good rear or side shot it will increase the chance that each one will do damage, possibly fatal.

Often a mobility kill followed by a deluge of grenades will cause the crew to bail out even if the tank is still alive.

Getting it inside handgrenade distance is one possibility. Definedly not best choice, but mobility kills are pretty possible (As well as whole infantry squad wiped out).
