You have the patience of Job and the level of detail ( and the simple clarity with which you explain the process) that you go to in delineating how to fix a problem remotely on inadequate info is incredible. I've posted one tech problem, ever, on this list, and even though it was a silly little issue, Schullenhaft answered quickly and helpfully.
