The book is a fresh and proper translation of the interviews the U.S. Army did after WW II with captured German generals in order to learn about the Russians and how they fought. http://www.amazon.com/Tactics-1941-1945-Schiffer-Military-Aviation/dp/0887405827 If you don't have them, do have them and don't trust them, or don't want to read them in digital form, then this would probably be worth doing.
