When it occurs it always messes up the unit info window and the exit scenario/game dialog boxes. Sometimes the map labels and order line text are "doubled". I can hit ESC and re-open the game or exit the game and re-start and it goes away, so it is not the worst problem ever but I have no idea why it happens! Although I vaguely remember that I might have first turned on a-a to see if that would stop it.
