Brockdeath Posted March 26, 2004 Share Posted March 26, 2004 Hi all, This is my first post here, and my issue might seem a little basic, but it is driving me up the wall: Is there some secret I need to know in order to save my game? I downloaded the demo a couple of weeks ago, and it saved fine. Now, my copy of CMBO arrived last night, but it is not saving. Maybe there is something wrong with how I am trying to save. After the action plays out and I hit "done," I hit alt-S. Just like the demo, it defaults to the name of the mission. I backspace the name out and enter my name. Then I went back into the game and hit alt-A and exit the game back to my desktop. Last, I go back into the game and hit "Play Game" and my save is not there. Schrullenhaft Posted March 26, 2004 Share Posted March 26, 2004 CMBO (the BFC version) is capable of being played directly off of the CDROM. How do you launch CMBO ? You may want to examine your shortcut link to see if it is pointing to the hard drive installation or the CD. If you're playing off the CD, then you'll be unable to save gaves or try scenarios and ops that weren't included with the CD. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
