How many people would like a key press to cause the dropship to immediately drop you? Might be more complicated then that on the coding end but I've been stuck too many times swinging in a dropship that can't get close enough to a slope to trigger to a drop. poesel Posted June 16, 2007 Share Posted June 16, 2007 However B does only work if you are under a certain height (which is good). Unfortunatly it does not work for infantry at all which IMHO is bad. Most of the pod kills happen in the last seconds and these guys have jumppacks! They should be able to drop from great heights so that at least SOME team members survive the drop. Chilibird Posted June 16, 2007 Share Posted June 16, 2007 But for game balance, in that respect, you could easilly drop infantry right over an AA tower, and then press B to drop straight onto it, not worrying about the AA targeting the drop pod.
