gravyface1 Posted November 16, 2006 Share Posted November 16, 2006 Can't see to gain any diplomacy percentages, regardless of what my odds are each turn (currently at ~30% chance of success). I've tried reloading the same save game and trying repeatedly but the results are always the same: russian eventually declares war on Germany.
