Capt Andrew
I know it's still being tested, but what is the official word on upgrading to 1.05? Will existing games and/or modules be compatible? Also, is it weeks away or days?
SeaMonkey
Hubert has already commented that with all the changes in 1.05, games of 1.04 or earlier will have to be restarted.
ChrisND
I believe that he said in a previous post it is a few weeks a away.
pzgndr
For modders who have started AI scripting, v1.05 changes will require all the plan scripts to be restructured. And there's a new AI flag that needs to be added to event scripts. Be prepared for a little bit of work. That's the bad news. The good news is that these new scripts are working pretty well now. And, Hubert has fixed/enhanced a few things with the generic AI and the improvements are noticeable.
J P Wagner
Good to know as I am at the script phase for the RCW mod now...I guess it will be prudent to await the next patch before diving any deeper into the script waters....
