Two Island, UK and Germany, with the Island of Yugoslavia inbetween to fight about. It works in Hotseat, but when I test it against the AI, I get the above error at the end of the AIs turn. Try setting a default weather zone for your custom campaign and it should work after that. IF so this has been fixed for the next patch.
