Yahoo group membership is auto-approved instantly and you do not get spammed. Permission is granted for the files to be hosted anywhere and please credit me. This can be used with any mod and full instructions are given on the site. Be sure to download and install ALL the files in the custom interface section. Custom Localisation settings are included. There are 9 or so 5MB files and it would take ages for anyone to download.
