OnPoint Posted December 19, 2000 Share Posted December 19, 2000 Hi, I'm a newbie to PBEM so I*m not sure I'm experiencing a bug or a feature. With the latest beta when I recieve a file and load it into CM I get to see the 'movie' but at the end of the 60 seconds I press done and then it jumps directly to the save turn file window with no chance to plot any orders for my guys. In the games I'm playing with the standard 1.05 version everything seems to work as I would expect it and I haven't had the problem above. Any ideas? I've never memorized the sequence, but one of the turns you will get back is just a movie viewing phase which is then submitted back to the other player (who "calculated" the movie, but didn't get to view it) to view for the first time. Nothing is plotted in this turnaround. It's done for security reasons. Though there is a slightly more effecient way (in the number of PBEM exchanges per turn) of doing this, for simplicity's sake it is done this way. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
