Update on v1.03 status

Oh good GOD did the numbers grogs come out to play in this thread! I should ban the lot of you to save the rest of us from being put to sleep :D

Blast movement should be fixed as should wall breaching in general.

Refresh rates can not be set independently of the monitor, no. We'll probably get around to do that, however it is tricky. Believe it or not, getting valid refresh rates from the card or Windows isn't reliable. This poses some problems for us, though they can be worked through with some effort.

The game is too new, the bugs not quite ironed out yet, so we'll have that discussion later on when people aren't so reactionary and aren't confused by technical issues that exist today but won't tomorrow.

Does it mean we are less then 24hrs from patch? :D

OOP is cool until you find out that you have to go back to straight C++ sometimes for speed reasons ;)

As for the patch... we're testing the Final Candidate now. If all goes well with that we should have it packaged up to make installers and copy protect it sometime tomorrow night. Dunno exactly when you guys will see it, but it will be very soon. Couple of days at the most.
