Apache
Had a bit of a shock today as when I booted up to check the site/forums I ket getting a 'Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close' each time I tried to open it??? I am on Win XP Media Centre and am using IE7. It dwaned on me that that if this didn't resolve itself (as it did when I re-booted) I'd be stuffed and couldn't get online. Is it possible to run two browsers and if so, what is as good as (or better than) IE? Even if I cant install two at a time a may try having one downloaded ready to install just in case. I have downloaded Firefox today. Any thoughts appreciated.
Sirocco
Install Firefox, and scan your computer for viruses and adware. As I recall I had a similar problem with IE years ago, and I tracked it down to a corrupted bookmarks file.

Apache
Can you install Firefox and leave IE installed? I'm dreading not being able to open IE and /or my mail and miss my 'You can now download TOW'. :-(

Baron von Beergut
I have one computer that I'll run IE, Netscape, and Firefox all at the same time so as to be able to check 3 email addresses at the same time. Of those I prefer Firefox the most, then Netscape and then last the good ol' Windows Internet Explorer
