GeForce 4 Ti 4200 drivers ????

Just got a new PC up and running, can anybody

tell me the best Nvidia drivers to be using

and any settings required for :

GeForce4 Ti 4200 8x AGP 128mb DDR ram

2.66Ghz Pentium4

256 Mb DDR ram - (may upgrade to 512mb)

Win XP home edition - (may install XP Pro)

CMBB runs fine with current drivers.

Driver info shows ver 6.13.10.3100

And advice on what to use ... or what NOT to use would be appreciated

It seems that the 30.82 or 30.87 are providing the most stability and performance to date, and BTS is recommending them! You can get 'em at NVidia.com, but if its working fine *do not* mess with it!

Well... if it aint broke... dont fix it. I remember someone posting 2 the tech support about bad gainward gf4 cards... early issue or something. But if you exhibit no problems with what you got, I wouldnt suggest changing it for better performance... Which I doubt you could with that setup.

I'll stick with what i've got until current issues are sorted.

I was using the 30.82 drivers on my last box without any probs ... but like you say, if it aint broke ......
