Mudfrost
After a few weeks of play, gaining levels, receiving medals, all was lost due to a "jit debugger" error. I have no idea what happened, but after I finished a battle, the game crashed and I could no longer play. Couldn't even start a new game. After a couple hours of internet research and futile maintenance, I reinstalled the game, hoping that my pilots would live. No dice. Has anyone else experienced this error? I'd hate to think it could happen again.
Mudfrost
The problem might have been due to this automatic MS update: "Security Update for Microsoft .Net Framework, Version 1.1 Service Pack 1 (KB886903)" Does anyone know if this update is a problem? iplaygames2
If it messes with the .net framework, it very well could be. Have to standby until one of the devs can address this.
bartbert
See if there are any error logs in the folder "C:\Program Files\Battlefront\Down in Flames\bin" (or wherever you installed the game). If so, send the most recent ones to difadmin@battlefront.com and I'll take a look. If there aren't any error logs (or none corresponding to the dates the error started happening), try taking a screen shot of the error or write down the exact error and send it to the above address.
