It happens frequently enough that I'm in the middle of a dogfight and the phone rings or something comes up. The best that I can do is turn off the sound and keep clicking, but it's hard to converse and play at the same time, at least coherently. What harm would it do to have a pause button? For solo games (all bots), this should present absolutely no problem. For multiplayer games, the button could require everyone to click on and off, so that everyone's cool with the pause.
