Kyros
Please forgive me if this has been asked already but will it be possible to have modern day warfare in SC2 since the modding capabilities seem very good in SC2? Kyros
I must have asked the wrong questions, huh?
Edwin P.
I am planning to make a Korean War Mod, a Yom Kipper War Mod and a WWI mod. WWI - France, UK, US, Italy vs Germany, Austria/Hungarian Empire and Turkey. WWI Limits: No Bombers!, No Armor!, No Carriers!, Level 5 (max) Air Fleets! SeaMonkey
It might be a little tough to model tactical nukes, and of course the smart weapons. How good is your imagination?
Kyros
Besides the nukes, ect...I would love to see a WWIII scenario (US and allies vs the Middle East, Russia and China. Will this be possible? If the answer is "no" thats fine because it's not a "make or break" deal for me its just that currently I am playing Supreme Ruler 2010 and although I like it very much I just wish there were a few things done differently like turn based for example. SeaMonkey
As I remember it SR2010 was suppose to have the option for turn base. I guess it got scrapped in the development process, or what about a future patch? Kyros, what's the word from the Battlegoat guys?

This game has so much depth that it is amazing. For me...I love that type of game. In fact, I'd rather call it a simulation. There is diplomacy and nearly everything that goes on today you can do in the game. Right now I am playing a campaign where I am the western US vs the southern & eastern US (the US spilt up due to govenring bodies that didn't agree on certain things). Canada also just declared war on me because they were upset that I was making uranium for "energy". So, I have now focused mainly on Canada. I waged war near the Michigan border and it took me nearly 5 hrs (in real time) to get within 100 miles of Montreal..and that is no exaggeration. Thats why I love this game so much. I just wish it was turn based but then again if that was the case then it would take that much longer. I mean, you can set the tone down for your units to attack not so "aggresivly". After I unite the whole United States of America I plan on taking all of Central & South America. From there I plan on sitting back and builing a superpower like no other (building more nuclear plants along with building a lot of public support for the coming war). This will lead me to become the next Alexander The Great if you get my drift. I may spare the UK * Israel as they could be great allies - which would secure oil and trading routes for my nation. You see, I have it all worked out, lol. But really, this game is that deep.
