David Chapuis
How does spain's axis stance go from 40 to 77 in one turn? This is on my third allied turn. No US ships to cause affect spain.
John DiFool the 2nd
There's a small random chance that a big jump like that will occur when a little jump happens. Just part of the code dude.

ChrisND
IF a diplo hit triggers, there is a 10% chance that the rise will get a bonus. The exact values are in the editor. Consider it like a breakthough in negotiations.
Blashy
I think it is 5%, I have not checked in a while. If you get a hit, there is a 5% chance you get an additional 20-30% ADDED to your initial hit. That goes for ALL countries, not just Spain. Maximum bump you can receive this way is 15% initial plus 30% "breakthrough" so +45% in one turn is a possibility but a very rare occurence.
