TheBigCheese
This is an actual copy of a T34-85 that is in a museum near me,The Imperial War Museum North. I was quite surprised being an engineer myself at how poorly the tank was constructed, with poor welding and badly fitted armour plating. They must have built them at a hell of a rate! download it here http://uk.groups.yahoo.com/group/TheBigCheese_CMBBsite/files/

Vergeltungswaffe
If you have the time and inclination to offer it without the number, it will be more popular. Nice job, btw.

TheBigCheese
BTW The Imperial War Museum North is absolutely A1 in my book,a very very different experience to what I was expecting. If you are visiting Britain Give it a look in. They even have the bell of the Lusitania and the first gun to fire in The Great War Its definately a museum of the 21st century http://www.iwm.org.uk/north/index.htm http://www.bouletfermat.com/danny/iwmn.html [ October 17, 2002, 06:51 PM: Message edited by: TheBigCheese ]

busboy
I have the impression that the workmanship of lots of Russian tanks was medicocre. I remember seeing a picture of an IS-II for example (in tact, not knocked out) and it looked like it was barely able to hold itself together. It looked like a 122mm gun with some slag iron put around it. On the other had, I've seen some pictures of Russian tanks with apparently good construction, though I am no engineer. Nice MOD.
