Bastables
Does any one know how it’s represented in game? Is it every time the glacis is hit there is a 50% chance that the plate will be considerably weaker versus enemy AP shells? Or does every Panther have a randomised unflawed glacis or flawed glacis set at the beginning of the game?

Andrew H.
I was about to bump it... I remember a lot of discussions about the Panther's glacis - i.e., only the glacis was flawed not the rest of the armor, and maybe not all glaces (what's the plural?) were flawed. So I'd be interested to know how this was resolved, too.
Bastables
And how are flaws themselves modelled? Is it a catastrophic failure as seen in weak point penetrations. Or a across the board downgrade of glacis to 80% or 50% with all the other armour remaining at 100%.
lassner.1
I would be curious to know the answer to this myself.

Bastables
After quite a bit of testing it seems the “Flaws” are set/generated on a Panther at the beginning of the scenario. Out of a Platoon of 5 Panther Gs, one will invariably be able to shrug off 12,2cm to the glacis as if it were one of the early A or D Panthers.
