For Gautrek, about Dusty screen

Recommended Posts

if your using photoshop use the scattered brush and then use the filter sharpen. just keep sharpening till it looks pixelated or the other option you can use is change the the brush tool to pencil and just apply it to the pinkies but it involves plenty of clicking click click click. have fun

Pinkie problems, boys? :D

Try this: Before you start working on a BMP use the magic wand tool to select ALL the pink bits. Now, do a 'layer via copy.' Lock this new layer, or whatever and keep it on top. Go back to the original layer and do that voo-doo that we do.

voila, no more pinkie problems.

Sorry for the delay tracer but i have been eating my self stupid these last few days. smile.gif

How i did my dirty windscreen in PSP was to copy the base layer then remove everything but the pink as per normal.

Then remove the pink layer from the base image and fill in the windows with the dusty colour(or snow in your case).

Then on your pink layer use the eraser tool to remove pink areas where you want the dust.

I have emailed you my PSP file with my dusty window to look at.

Have fun.(this took me hours to work out). smile.gif
