Rob Murray
Was playing South of Villers Bocage this morning & I swear I heard one of the British officers say D'OH just as Wittmann's tank hosed his unit with MG fire. Also; I've noticed Canadian units sometimes speak with a southern drawl. Being the proud Canadian that I am I can only say that we don't speak like that. Michael Emrys
A little OT for this forum, but you've reminded me that when playing Citadel Schwerepunkt I could swear I kept hearing the Red soldiers crying, "I'm a gecko!" I couldn't tell if BTS had thrown that in as an honor to Goanna, or it was a product placement for the Geiko insurance company. Michael
Alsatian
Sometimes my American AT elements (both guns and AFVs) will QUACK (!) when they knock out a German tank. I figure it's the "Got'em" cry all sped up and out of whack.
LGMB
Actually this conversation is void: Mike is from Alberta which doesn't count as part of Canada.

Barrett's Privateer
Lord General MB, Alberta is SO a part of Canada!!! They just have delusions of being part of Texas. My brother moved there a few years back to work as a long haul trucker. When he left he was normal. Last time I saw him, he grew a ten gallon hat and a belt buckle containing more iron than the Eiffel Tower. <sigh>
Michael Emrys
There's something about wide open spaces, isn't there, that encourages a person's ego to...ah...flourish, wouldn't you say? Michael
