ordering fiasco, need help

I accidentally placed a double order for CMBB. What happened is after I filled out the order and continued, the confirmation showed a comma in one of the blank fields. Not realizing that this was confirmation of my order and not a screen for me to confirm my selections I hit the back button to look for an error on my part. Seeing that all intentionally blank fields were actually blank I continued to the confirmation page where I realized that I had now placed two orders. Sure enough I received two confirmation emails. I sent an email to sales requesting help with the matter and have not received a response. This took place Monday morning.

Any one have a phone number to someone in customer service or sales?
