KursruK Posted December 30, 2002 Posted December 30, 2002 Does anyone have an in on this? Curious what BF's time-frame is and what they might be fixing.
ichadwick Posted December 30, 2002 Posted December 30, 2002 And the reason for a patched patch is....?
MrNoobie Posted December 30, 2002 Posted December 30, 2002 oh i dont know maybe the white ampoulet (sp?) or how about the models like the SU-76i using the Stug III model. there are other models i think that are going to be corrected.
Slappy Posted December 30, 2002 Posted December 30, 2002 My understanding is that the next patch is considered the patch patch. (1.02 will solve the 1.01 problems and a whole bunch of new ones)

Give them time, the longer it takes, the higher quality it will be. Rush things and you get sloppy work. When it's done™

SgtMuhammed Posted December 30, 2002 Posted December 30, 2002 Thank god someone else has the ampoulet problem. I was beginning to curse my computer. Does anyone else have problems with wierd buzzing noises (in the game not with life in general )?

He has a perfectly valid question and he asked it in a nice way. Maybe he just bought CMBB and he is wondering if he should download ver. 1.01 if 1.02 is about to come out. Maybe has a slow internet connection and doesn't want to waste his time with a huge download when a new patch is coming out soon. One thing for certain, he doesn't deserve to be scolded.

Does it cut in and out? If it is, it's your neighbor. It's not the game. [ December 30, 2002, 01:53 PM: Message edited by: Terrapin ]

SgtMuhammed Posted December 30, 2002 Posted December 30, 2002 Yeah, I think it is my card it doesn't occur all the time. Actually it only seems to occur when there is snowy terrain in the battle. Wierd. I think my machine is on its last legs. Now I just have to talk the wife into buying a new one.

Boo Radley Posted December 31, 2002 Posted December 31, 2002 I'm not one hundred percent sure, but I seem to recall hearing either Matt or Steve saying it wouldn't be until Feb. at the earliest.
