FJ Posted January 8, 2001 Posted January 8, 2001 Getting tired of playing quick battles and, Trying to find a good PBEM scenario to meet the following criteria: 1. Historical 2. Well developed (no hedges through roads) 3. Balanced for PBEM 4. Medium to large battle So far "Chambois" does not look bad. Anybody have any suggestions..
Panzer Man Posted January 13, 2001 Posted January 13, 2001 Here ,, Here,,,,I agree,,I am tired of the QB's and just played Elsdorf as the Germans and got blasted,,Horrible PBEM if you play as the Germans against a decent opponent. All the units are locked up during the set up phase, so there is not much strategy there..Are there any really good PBEM scenarios that r real even? Input appreciated. ------------------ "If Patton were alive today,he'd play Combat Mission."
JoePrivate Posted January 13, 2001 Posted January 13, 2001 Elsdorf is a balanced scenario and winnable as the Germans against any human opponent, decent or otherwise.
SuperTed Posted January 16, 2001 Posted January 16, 2001 FJ, Here are a few suggestions: Move It or Lose It! Far form Over-Paderborn. Both of them are fun and should meet your criteria. Enjoy. ------------------ SuperTed Wild Bill and the Raiders Boots & Tracks Team Member

There are about 200 pbem scenarios at <http://w1.312.telia.com/~u31213280/index.htm>, including many conversions from Advanced Squad Leader, and some of them are ranked for pbem play. Henri
