John Kettler
Sad to say, it was the usual History Channel mix of the sublime and the ridiculous: great technical discussion in parts, marred by hopelessly screwed up sequences and chronologies, wrong footage, wrong airplanes, etc. The good parts were German pioneering efforts in high bias audio recording, electron microscopy, linking smoking and radon to cancer, the ejection seat (including an interview with the first man ever to eject), and some of the jet development history.
