Captain Wacky Posted August 5, 2001 Share Posted August 5, 2001 Whenever I am in the game and then minimize CM and then maximize it to play all the text has a red, green, and blue background and the toolbar at the bottom gets all screwed up. Actual models in the game are fine. Additionally, (and this is the one that really vexes me) whenever I turn off anti-aliasing and try to run the game it runs extremely slow and produces some visual effects with the text. Schrullenhaft Posted August 5, 2001 Share Posted August 5, 2001 Your first issue is a known one with minimizing CM with the Voodoo 4/5 series. Again, there are no solutions to this unfortunately (I think these problems were fixed for the Mac RAVE drivers, but not for the PC DirectX drivers). I'm not sure why turning of the FSAA would make the game slower, that doesn't make sense.
