Pishky
Blue streak would you be kind enough to tell me in which store you found these gems -- so I can sneak out and buy myself an early Xmas present. Thanking in advance
Mace
As Jrcar said above, they are available in the Electronic Boutique stores (I saw some copies at the one on Elizabeth Street, Melbourne) Mace
Pishky
Bummer! I live in Sydney and have never heard of 'Electronic Boutique' stores. Maybe Melbourne is a better place than Sydney after all!! Peter
Mace
Also known as EB Games. You can find the nearest shop to you here . Mace
dieseltaylor
Mace! "Censorship of various terms to comply with European regulations re Nazi terminology, mainly (eg Waffen Grenadiers rather than Waffen SS)." Hey its a German thing - nothing to do with Europe. "And IIRC, a bit more copy protection on the CDs." A BIT MORE ..... spit growl stomps feet! Very laborious about if it likes your set-up when loading. Of course no-cd patches make it bearable. Patches tend to be bigger than the US version [which fortunately is available in Europe being mailed from Ireland [Eire]] One of the CDV CMBB patches came in at 70MB. IIRC hte US version was 25MB.
sand digger
Get it by mail direct, bugger the censorship rubbish.
Richie
Yep, BFC's after sales service is second to none! Buy direct! ...although the 'no CD' sounds nice
markl
Hi, I am also from Australia. I would advise getting your games from BFC. They have better after sales service and you will able to replace possible faulty disks even after a long period. And you can back up your disks easier, an important thing in my opinion. There have been quiet a few posts about the European disks cracking after awhile, and replacement of them could be hard if not impossible from Australia. The delivery is quick and the service great. I would wait and buy from BFC, I believe in supporting good support which is rare in the PC industry these days. cheers.

Pud
Do order it from BFC website, this time of year might take a little longer to arrive. Mine took only 5 days to arrive. Will be worth it as you will regret gettng the European version with its stupid copy protection and censorship crap.
gibsonm
You will get a much better version and maximise your support for the developers if you buy it direct from BFC. Over the years, I've bought CBMO, CMBB, CMAK and TacOps direct and they have all arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Enjoy your Christmas!
