sdk
Does anyone have a suggested order of playing missions or a chronological order so that I can play in some logical order ?
Michael Emrys
Nope, no logical order. An esthetic one. I check out the title and if it looks like it might be on a subject I'm interested in, I pick a side and open it up. If it looks good, I play it. If it doesn't, I move on. Mostly I play QBs that I set up myself. I play for fun. It may be a serious kind of fun, but it ain't torture and it ain't a job. Blah Blah Blah
I strongly suggest that you start with the really small battles. It takes time to get a good idea on how to move your men, when and to get used to observing the battle, if you start too large you will loose the plot, well some of us did anyway Only play the side suggested.

Slappy
Smithers, release the plot! I second the advice to start with the small ones. That's what I've always done. I try to pick up the game engine changes and get a feel for the new vehicles in smaller engagements and then move on to the bigger ones. I generally don't worry that much about chronology.
MikeyD
My only suggestion (and I don't know why nobody's done this yet) is to open each scenario in turn and copy down the date and location of each from the scenario briefing page. That way you can play Africa from 1940 thru 45 and Italy from 1943-45. Admittedly I don't know a soul from CMBO or CMBB who's played the game that way, though.
Airborne
I, too, like the QBs. Very fun. I have only been playing against the AI so far, and will likely need more of a challenge. I try to avoid the larger battles as it tends to bog down my system. Mostly, I stay under 1000 pts (usually 800 or 500). I am currently about halfway through Flak Front and it is pretty fun as the Germans, but a little too big.
