Nero's Cat
Sorry if this is a stupid question but do AT tanks placed in a trench given any additional benefits to the AT gun in terms of protection and fog of war? Regards
JasonC
You wrote AT tanks but from the subject line I assume you mean AT guns. The answer is definitely yes, ATGs in trenches are significantly harder to knock out than ones in ordinary "foxhole" emplacements. The effect against off board artillery is particularly noticable. They will still be spotted when firing but will sometimes be lost as soon as the crew pins and they cease fire (well, 15-20 seconds later).
Nero's Cat
Thanks Jason - very useful as always. Trenches adding protection makes sense - and yes, i did meant AT guns, not tanks - my attention to detail not being what it should! thanks again regards
